You Could Win a Steel Magnolias Prize Pack!

by | May 10th, 2013 | 8:00AM | Filed under: Giveaways, Quizzes, Contests & Polls

This giveaway has ended. Thanks for participating! We’ll announce the two winners shortly. Check back for a new giveaway launching tomorrow!

To paraphrase a famous Beatles lyric, we get by with a little help from our friends. And that’s certainly the case for the characters in Steel Magnolias – both the original and the 2012 remake. They are there for each other through thick and thin, ups and downs, births, marriages, kids, funerals – everything.

And now you have a chance to own both versions of the beloved film and the 2012 poster! See Julia Roberts in her Academy Award® nominated role when she was just becoming America’s Sweetheart. And see how the equally acclaimed cast of the 2012 Lifetime update put their own spin on this story about the deep bonds friends can form over the years.

If yours is one of the two lucky names we select at random on Wednesday, you’ll take home a Steel Magnolias prize pack consisting of the 1989 original movie (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $9.99), the Lifetime remake (ARV: $23.99) and the Lifetime movie poster (ARV: $19.99).

To have a shot at this great prize, all you have to do is tell us in the comments section below:

What’s your favorite movie about friendship?

Be sure to enter by 3 p.m. ET on Wednesday, May 15, when we’ll select TWO winners at random. The basic rules are below. (To review all the Official Rules, just click the link.)

Good luck, and get yourself excited about the possibility of winning by watching this clip from the 2012 movie!
