This giveaway has ended. We’ll announce the winner shortly. Thanks for participating, and be sure to check back Friday for another giveaway!

Video-game characters don’t get much tougher than Lara Croft of Tomb Raider. Since 1996 she’s been nothing short of an icon in the gaming universe — portrayed by Angelina Jolie in two feature-length movies and the star of a rumored upcoming franchise reboot as well. She’s also racked up six Guinness Book world records! Not too shabby.

Perhaps that’s why Xbox 360 has gone all out in creating a suite of limited edition gaming products to honor her.

If yours is the name we draw at random on Wednesday, prepare to become the envy of all of your friends. You’ll be the new owner of a limited edition Tomb Raider Xbox 360 console (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200.00) that’s not even available in stores … and never will be! You’ll also get two limited edition controllers (total ARV: $110.98) AND a copy of Tomb Raider for Xbox 360 (ARV: $59.99)!

To have a shot at the prize, all you have to do is tell us in the comments section below:

Who’s your favorite video-game hero or heroine?

Be sure to enter by 3 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 20, when we’ll select one winner at random. The basic rules are below. (To review all the Official Rules, just click the link.)

Good luck!

The basic rules:

  • NO PURCHASE / RENTAL NECESSARY TO ENTER / WIN. A PURCHASE / RENTAL WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law.

We’ve had past winners who’ve used non-working email addresses, in which case we have no way of contacting them and had to give their prizes to someone else. So double-check what you’ve entered!
