Sci-Fi Remakes are the Answer to the Freeze Frame Challenge

by | Mar 12th, 2012 | 2:00PM | Filed under: Freeze Frames, Quizzes, Contests & Polls

In last week’s Freeze Frame Challenge, we asked you to identify three movies and what they all had in common. Did you get them all right?

The movies were:

  • Planet of the Apes

And what did they all have in common? They’re all remakes of classic sci-fi movies!

So who were our winners?

  • Dean Milinski
  • Renee
  • Brian Kozma

Congrats on winning! You’ll each get a free one-day DVD rental from Redbox.

“And what ACTOR did they all have in common? They’re all remakes of classic sci-fi movies!”

Is this a typo? I’m confused. Who’s the common actor?

Technically The thing was not a remake, it was a prequel.

Technically, you’re correct, Ben. But we were going for something a little more universal. :)

Actually the Thing was not a remake but a Prequel to the Original movie as where the new movie ends the Original begins.
